You may already have employee wellbeing data that we can explore with you and share what we have learned through our work in this area over the past 30 years. Or you may be at the start of this process, in which case we can design with you an approach to look at vision, values, culture, line manager resources, systems and process constraints. This data will shape and prioritise what’s required for your organisation to deliver appropriate employee health and wellbeing programmes.
