Bereavement and counselling support services are an essential component in any organisation’s wellbeing provision. 

Our first class, direct access confidential supportive counselling service enhances the motivation, effectiveness and wellbeing of employees at the most difficult of times. Oasis Peoplecare has been providing counselling services to organisations from a variety of sectors for over 20 years. We work with third-sector organisations, membership associations, housing associations, councils, schools, social enterprises, and commercial companies across the UK.  

We provide flexible, fully confidential counselling support services, offering quality counsellors and face-to-face counselling where possible. Our freephone counselling line is open Monday to Friday from 9 am – 4.30 pm, closed weekends and Bank Holidays. There is an answering service, where messages can be left, and requests will be responded to the next working day. 

We have a network of counsellors across the UK. All counselling practitioners who work with Oasis hold a diploma in counselling/human relations, have a minimum of 200 hours of supervised counselling practice, professional liability insurance, undertake regular supervision and are registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
