The two-day Skills for Change programme is a dive into the Oasis Seven Stage model for effective working relationships, and people say it really helps them to build the confidence and a sense of how to get things done when they're at work.

Some organizations run the Skills for Change programme as an in-house programme, and maybe they use it as part of their induction process, because it can really help people to have a shared language within the organisation. It helps people feel more connected and part of the culture of the organisation.
